Clean - My personal favorite :) We hardly ever have time to do something so essential and I enjoy every time I have extra time for it. Organize and give another life to things that are not necessary. Move- Collate and rearrange your spaces. Dispense with what is not necessary. Reorder, classify. It also applies to bodies. Dance, stretch, do yoga. Learn a new rhythm (all on youtube!) Plant and plan- Give affection to your plants, transplant, water. Sowing. Meanwhile, research and plan that next trip or getaway. The next steps to get where you want. Reading, writing, drawing, painting- Different museums and organizations have taken on the task of sharing readings, books and materials of all kinds. Also, you know that you have that book that you bought and you have not read. Make a list. Also take the opportunity to write, draw, paint ... there are marathons, courses and online tutorials to learn and perfect what has always called you. We will share what we can! Learn a language - Or learn in general. Different platforms, such as Coursera, have many options in all fields. Reconnect- With yourself or with your emotional circle, maintain communication, rebuild links. Your empathy and company can be vital and a necessity for someone. Cooking- Part of the care goes through what we eat and we let into our body. Let's pay attention to what we eat during these days, we prepare various foods. Let's explore other possibilities with what we have at our disposal. Let's try new things. Let's take care of ourselves in every possible way. Let's enjoy the process.
